This preparatory course introduces the fundamentals of testing. The course is geared to bringing a test team up to speed through the introduction of terminology, concepts, and the practical application of the testing process. In addition, this course is designed to lead a team into an active role of supporting a testing program.

The sessions are delivered in an interactive environment which includes lecture and case-study lab exercise activities. At completion, a test team will have gained a foundation for supporting the testing process.
